I knew nothing about 7 chakras till I was age 53. Nor did I've any plans to!

I'm an electronics engineer and worked as a scientist in the beginning of my career. Later I left my job and have become extra concerned with finding out life within the totality of its full spectrum.

And being a research oriented person, I'd not let my mind left behind my physique, letting it quiet down within the state without my thoughts ‘knowing’ what my body actually did in order to reach where it did.
